Overstock Annual Partner Council Summit

Each year, Overstock welcomes its top suppliers (partners) to Utah for a two-day conference. I am on the planning committee, where I lead the design – serving as creative director for the event.

The first task is locking down the brand with an event style guide, which eventually provides direction for everything from name badges and wayfinding signage to menus and slide decks.

The theming of the 2019 Partner Council Summit was shipping – with a nod to packing slips and cardboard throughout the event.

Once the event begins, I take the role of assistant show caller, helping the event run smoothly.

Examples from the 2018 (Discussion Theme) and 2019 (Shipping Theme) events are included.

Project Details

As a member of the planning committee for Overstock's annual Partner Council Summit, I lead the creative direction by designing the event style guide, including everything from name badges to menus, and assist in the smooth running of the event as the assistant show caller, with the 2019 shipping-themed event using nods to packing slips and cardboard throughout.
